Is the property with walking distance of town?

Yes.  Manhasset is approximately 1 1/2 miles south of Papermill Road.  Port Washington is a bit further, to the north.


Is there busy or quick traffic past the home?

No.  Papermill Road is away from the major thoroughfares.  And 89 Papermill Road is at the beginning of a cul-du-sac.


Can residents park a car at the train station?

Yes.  If you decide to drive to the station, there is dedicated parking for residents.

Will we receive calls from brokers, to discuss the property?

We prefer that if a broker must contact us, they communicate via email.   We will happily reply to an email from a broker,     by phone, when appropriate.
